RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return (Right of Withdrawal).

2. Item Condition (Security Tag/Seal)

 For a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, free of makeup stains or odors, and in its original packaging. All our pieces (headpieces, hats, and bags) are shipped with a visible security tag/seal. No returns will be accepted for any item where this tag/seal has been removed, cut, or tampered with. Breaking or removing the tag/seal voids the right to a return.

3. Return Process and Shipping Label

 Please email us at gloandsonsshop@gmail.com to initiate the process. Once approved, the shipping method depends on your location:

- Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands): We will provide a Correos shipping label (reduced cost deducted from the total refund). This label is valid for 3 business days. If not used within this period, the label will expire, and you must manage and pay for the shipping yourself.

- International & EU: For orders outside of Spain, we do not provide return shipping labels. The customer is responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipping via the courier of their choice. A tracking number is mandatory. Glo&Sons is not responsible for lost or held packages not managed by us.

4. Late Returns

The returned package must reach our atelier within 14 days after the return approval. Glo&Sons reserves the right to reject late returns. In such cases, the item will be held at our atelier for collection by the customer's own courier, or, exceptionally and at the brand's discretion, a non-expiring store credit voucher may be offered instead of a refund.

5. Customs and Duties (International Orders)

For returns from countries outside the European Union (e.g., UK, USA, Mexico, etc.):

- Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes arising from the return are the sole responsibility of the customer.

- These costs will be deducted from the final refund. We recommend clearly marking the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to try to minimize these charges, although the final decision rests with customs authorities.

- Returns sent without prior notice or outside the specified timeframes will not be accepted.

6. Exceptions and Personalized Items 

Returns are not accepted for:

- Custom or personalized orders: Any headpiece or accessory modified under the specific request of the customer.

- Sale items or Gift Cards: Purchases made during sales periods or with special discounts are considered final sales (except in cases of defect or damage).

7. Refunds

Once the piece is received and inspected in our atelier, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If the piece shows signs of use or the tag/seal has been tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or apply a depreciation fee to the item's value.

- Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

DAMAGED ITEMS 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and solve it immediately.

EXCHANGES

At Glo&Sons, we do not offer direct exchanges. Due to the high turnover and exclusivity of our accessories, the most efficient procedure to ensure your desired item does not sell out is:

1) Make a new purchase for the desired item to ensure its reservation and immediate shipping.

2) Process the return of the original item following our standard procedure to receive your refund.
