CUSTOM ORDERS
We love creating custom pieces to reflect your unique style. Contact us to discuss your idea and we will design a custom accessory just for you.
Once the design and colors have been finalized, payment for the personalized order must be made in advance.
Production time varies depending on the complexity of the design, but is generally completed within 15-20 days. If your wedding or event is imminent, we will do our best to have it ready on time.
MATERIALS USED
We carefully select high-quality materials, such as feathers, sinamay, fabrics, porcelain... to offer you durable and elegant accessories. In most of our designs we start from scratch with these materials to guarantee the originality of each piece.
MODIFICATIONS OF DESIGNS OFFERED IN THE STORE
Many of our items come with a colour chart so you can customise them to your liking. If you wish to make changes to a design without variations, an additional charge of 10% will be applied to the sale price.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. If you have any questions or would prefer a different shipping option than those offered, please contact us.

CONSERVATION AND CARE
The main guidelines for conservation and care are detailed in the description of each item. In addition, each order includes a card or label with our recommendations for the best maintenance of your piece.
WHOLESALE SALES
To qualify for wholesale discounts, please contact us by email and provide the IAE registration form . The minimum order is 250 euros or the equivalent in the buyer's currency, excluding taxes and shipping costs.
